- Herbal-Designs is not responsible for your package once your package has been delivered to the USPS’s facility.
- It’s the USPS’s job to deliver your package, and any undelivered packages must be addressed by you, the customer, with USPS.
- WRONG ADDRESS and/or INVALID ADDRESS - the customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address at checkout. If your package was delivered elsewhere other than your residence, please contact USPS.
- DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail carrier to locate delivery location of your package.
- If your package gets sent back to me due to an undeliverable address, your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to Covid protocols, opened items purchased through Herbal-Designs, can not be returned for any reason. You MUST contact me within 48 hours after receiving your product(s) for questions and concerns about your item(s) and returns.
DISCLOSURE:
- Some herbs can interact with prescription or over-the-counter medicines. If you are thinking about using an herbal remedy, make sure to inform your health care provider about any herbals you are considering using.
- Use caution in taking herbs when you have seasonal, year-round or food allergies. For example, individuals who are sensitive to ragweed/weed pollens may “cross-react” to compounds such as Echinacea due to their similar plant families.
- If an adverse reaction occurs due to the use of the herbs you purchased, immediately stop the use of the herbs and seek medical help at once.
- By purchasing any product from Herbal-Designs, you are releasing Herbal-Designs from any liability.
